Cabernet Sauvignon

Considered by many to be the most noble of the red grapes, Cabernet Sauvignon has been grown in the Hunter for over one hundred years. It is a difficult grape to grow in this region as the early rains and extreme heat make some vintages a real challenge. But when the vintage is kind we can turn out some wonderfully full bodied savoury wines. Big fruit and big tannins give these wines great cellaring potential.

To order some of this fantastic wine, simply visit our online Cellar Door to order directly online. If you prefer, print out a copy of our order form, fill it out and fax or post it in.
